This is a picture of a bathroom that had been completed by our employees. The client had some trouble with a plumber before he contacted us. Basically the plumber had asked for money up front which the client had agreed. The plumber had stripped the bathroom completely, had then noticed that all the walls were badly damaged and the room needed major work to be able to renovate the bathroom. He then decided to take the money and not contact the client again. Not a nice person.
With that the client then contacted us. We looked at the work and took on the job. We Re-constructed the floor and walls and then lined the walls with cement board which is resistant to water, (I recommended that we do this because he lived on the 5th floor of a town house). Tanked out the room, so if there is any water spillage of any kind then the water will not seep through at all the water will stay on the surface until cleaned.
The bathroom has a nice powerful shower, chrome fittings, concealed toilet cistern using a back to wall pan, and a nice big basin. Shaver sockets and low voltage spot lights.
The tiles had been chosen by our client, Lime stone a nice touch.
This is an under floor heating system (WET) This system is is very efficient with 150mm insulation. This system is highly sought after.
The client couldn't of been happier with the results.
